The Head of the General Authority of Civil Affairs, Minister Hussein AlSheikh, said this evening, Sunday: “We will formally demand the Israeli government to allow the Palestinian prisoners in its prisons and detention centers to exercise their right to vote and participate in the Palestinian elections, as they are guaranteed by the Palestinian law, under the supervision of the Palestinian Central Elections Committee. The system has the right to run.”
